Dr. Anjana Menon is a visionary leader in healthcare quality and accreditation, transforming healthcare institutions across India.

In 2008, she founded Candour Solutions, laying the foundation for quality management and accreditation. Between 2008 and 2011, she pioneered NABH accreditation, achieving a major milestone with General Hospital, Ernakulam. From 2011 to 2015, she led successful accreditations for prestigious hospitals, including RCC Trivandrum, Kottakal Ayurveda Hospitals, and Padiyar Memorial Homeopathic Hospital. Expanding her reach from 2015 to 2020, she took accreditation projects to remote areas like Andaman, Nicobar, and Lakshadweep.

Her academic contributions spanned from 2009 to 2018 as a visiting faculty at Calicut University and Holy Grace Institutions. In 2018, she led Kerala’s first medical tourism accreditation consultancy. She has guided over 60 hospitals through NABH accreditation, significantly improving healthcare standards. Her contributions earned her the Young Female Entrepreneur Award (2023) by JCI. Through her leadership in CanEd and Candour Solutions, Dr. Menon continues to drive excellence in healthcare quality and accreditation.

2008
Founding the Vision
Dr. Anjana Menon embarked on her journey in healthcare quality, focusing on improving healthcare standards across the sector. She has been instrumental in laying the foundation of Candour solution for empowering health care institutions.
2009-2011
Early Success in NABH Accreditation
Dr. Anjana pioneered NABH (National Accreditation Board for Hospitals) accreditation assistance for hospitals in South India. Her first major success was helping General Hospital, Ernakulam, secured NABH accreditation, marking a significant milestone in South India by 2011.
2012-2015
Building a Legacy in NABH Accreditation

Dr. Anjana expanded her expertise to 70+ esteemed institutions across India, leading successful NABH accreditation projects, among them few of the most admired projects are:

Dr. Anjana took on challenging quality accreditation projects in remote regions such as the Andaman and Nicobar Islands and the Lakshadweep Islands.

She became the first consultant in South India to initiate NABH accreditation for general hospitals, further establishing her leadership in the sector.

2009-2018
Academic Contributions

Dr. Anjana served as a visiting faculty member at Calicut University, nurturing the next generation of leaders in healthcare.

She also mentored healthcare professionals as a faculty member at Mala-Holy Grace Institutions sharing her vast knowledge in healthcare quality and management.

2018-2023
Recognition & Continued Leadership

Dr. Anjana led the first consultancy in Kerala to provide medical value tourism accreditation services, expanding her expertise to the international healthcare arena.

Her exceptional contributions to healthcare earned her the Young Female Entrepreneur Award (2023) by Junior Chambers International.
